One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.
Please don’t delay as the majority of health conditions tend to worsen or recur without the appropriate care.
Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans
We gladly accept most health insurance. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.
Facility
A high touch, high tech, state of the art facility for all your health care needs. We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family. Dr. Florendo also customizes a specific program to achieve your health care goals. Our office is also the only one that has certified Therapy Dog, which is a national organization with strict guidelines in becoming a certified TDI member. Her name is Sadie and she is dedicated to your well-being!
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. In our 30 years of service, we have never turned anyone away for financial reasons, although we have not offered care to those who were not committed to getting and staying well.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Dr. Florendo has been practicing chiropractic and a neurology brain-based format of care for over 35 years. His first clinic opened in 1985, in his home town of Eatontown, N.J. His practice grew to be one of the busiest in the state with over 12 team members and 5 different doctors caring for over 1600 patients monthly. Dr. Florendo has been in Nevada since 2003. Dr. J is also the developer of the Florendo Synchronized Healing Method, author of 5 books on health and wellness, established and teaches health, wellness and nutritional programs online through his educational portal called: the “Omni Telos Institute for Optimal Health and Longevity”.
